Ensemble 176 is dedicated to the performance of music composed by
computer programs and other strict algorithmic systems.
We are always seeking new works to perform. Please contact us with any questions or submissions.
Rules:
- The music must be composed by a computer program
or other strict algorithm with multiple and varied potential results.
- The algorithm must compose every element of the composition
(pitches, durations, articulations, dynamics, etc.).
However, program output can be in any format and be translated into
standard musical notation by a person using a strict set of rules.
- The result must be a written piece of music performable by
